Young Carers Support

The project supports children and young people aged 5 - 19 that are affected by a family  member's long term illness or disability in Medway.  This could include mental health issues, drug/alcohol misuse and HIV/Aids related illness.  We provide information, peer support, respite activities, group sessions and 1:1 keyworker support.  We also offer an advocacy role, both with other agencies and within families.
