The information sharing system being developed will complement an existing interagency system of assessment and outcomes monitoring in the statutory sector. The V.I.S.A. system will focus on storing the identification details, referrals, and progress within (and outside) the programme of individual children at risk. The project aims to promote collaboration and shared planning in partnership with young people and their carers.
