The project provides on site counselling and therapeutic work to children in the school setting. This work focuses on preventative interventions for primary school children at risk of educational failure and potential social exclusion as a result of emotional difficulties, which might manifest themselves in a variety of ways.  Project staff, including a team of trained volunteer counsellors, work closely with school staff and other support agencies to support children and their parents.   P2B Medway Hub now operates in 12 schools: Glencoe Junior, Gordon Junior, Hempstead Infants, Hempstead Junior, Hoo St Werburgh Primary, Lordswood Infants, Lordswood Juniors, St Mary's RCP, St Thomas More RCP, Sherwin Knight Juniors, Spinnens Acre Junior, Thames View Junior.
